You are bidding on a Rolleicord Vb Type 2 - Serial Number: 2647290
This model has a removable viewfinder and focusing screen. (Makes cleaning much easier.) The glass looks great on both the taking and viewing lenses - no issues. The taking lens is a Schneider Kreuznach Xenar 75mm f/3.5. There is no fungus or separation.
This camera’s shutter was serviced this week by Bay Area Camera Repair. The shutter fires at all speeds and is ready for picture taking. Camera has the original hard-to-find soft shutter release.
The mirror and focusing screen are very clean and there is minimal dust/debris. The screen is bright and focus is easy to achieve.
The original case is in decent condition but the straps are broken/missing.
Please review all the photos as they are part of the description. You will see some very minor cosmetic imperfections but no dents, dings or abuse. The camera is in beautiful condition. More photos available upon request.
