For sale For sale Rolleiflex 3.5F TLR Camera With Planar Lens For Repair/Parts. The camera serial number is 2232217; the Planar 3.5/75mm lens serial number is 2931347. There are issues with this camera. The taking lens front surface shows fine marks all over possibly rendering the surface to a slightly dull finish, the back surface and internally it looks good.
The shutter fires from 1/15 to 1/500 but it sticks below that in the open position. Turning the dial then advancing the film lever will sometimes releases the shutter leaf to the closed position. The shutter dials turn properly. The diaphragm opening and closing is in order.
Meter is damaged, the camera's focusing looks to be in order.
The waist level finder open and close properly, its reflex mirror shows slight desilvering. The focus screen shows some marks. The film feeler is working perfectly. The camera seems to be in good cosmetic condition and is without any dents or dings see images above. Sold for repair or for parts. Although we have described it as best we can.
In light of these above mentioned issues it would be unfair to ask for a return. But we do encourage any questions/clarifications about the item before you place your bid.
