Rolleiflex Automat 6x6 - Model K4B - #1446014. A vintage TLR in a very good cosmetic condition
, but with a focusing problem (see below)!
The focusing is smooth, but the right side is not immediately following the left side when focusing. One can say that the focusing works perfectly in one direction - when focusing from infinity to close-up. But in the other direction, the right side is not immediately following, which means that the front is not perfectly lined up with the body. One can correct this by simply press on the front, but this will of course be hard to remember in the long run...
Means this camera ought to be repaired before use.
Otherwise in very good condition even functionally.
The shutter is a Synchro-Compur. Works very good on all speeds, without hesitating on long speeds.
No grease on leafs and blades.
This shutter has a built-in selftimer, which works perfectly.
The Carl Zeiss Tessar 3,5/75mm lens is clear - without fungus, separation or cleaning marks - and practically no dust inside.
The automatic film transport stop works perfectly.
The viewfinder is working and complete. Good mirror.
The leatherettes are complete and beautiful - see pictures.
Better than normal signs of use, for its age.
Made in Germany c 1955.
