So I sold this and it was returned. I do not believe this unit has fungus. I think the other buyer found a better deal and just wanted to return.  The lens is clear. I did not use a microscope but from my eyes it is clear.
This looks to be in excellent like new condition
I'm no expert but visually this looks barley used in my opinion.
The leather case is destroyed but I am sending it with your purchase.  You can decide its fate if you chose.

I have no way of testing with film. All parts looks awesome and work as they should
