Not a Beauty!!
Metal parts have scuffs and marks from normal  use.
Bottom metal parts have marks corrosion but no impact on functionality.  Bellow looks in great shape! Leatherette is  intact without tear-offs.

Optics
Lenses need
maintenance and cleaning from inside. ( around 60 years old vintage lens)
There is dust and what looks like fog.
There is no fungus.
There are wiping scratches.
There is no separation.

Functional
It works properly. Minor ISSUE: The UNLOCK setting  does not unlock the lens lever, so you need to push the small black lever manually to open the lock. Otherwise all mechanics work well, shooting no problem. If this is your first MAMIYA C series camera  this would be a good offer with a reasonable price for practice.
